Email Notifications are back

We've encountered a number of email delivery issues recently, slowly getting worse. We discovered our outbound mail filter was to blame due to a blacklisted IP address being used. This caused many of the email notifications we send out (invoices, support tickets, etc) were ending up in junk filters or bouncing back to us. 

We've now upgraded to Mailchannels for Outbound filtering to ensure our IP address remains whitelisted and with a clear reputation. We've extensively tested this service and we trust the experience moving forward will drastically improve. We welcome all feedback, please get in touch via a support ticket.
