We are aware of a recent cyber attack on our supplier, COLT, which affected their business support systems. The incident was carried out by a ransomware group known as Warlock. (Read More on ISPReview). We want to reassure all our customers that:
Our services are not impacted. Your connectivity remain fully operational.
No customer data is at risk. We do not use or share data with COLT’s SharePoint or support platforms, and none of our systems are affected.
The only temporary limitations are:
We cannot currently provide new quotes or place new orders for COLT-based leased lines.
API functions related to COLT leased lines are unavailable.
