Once the domain name resolves and you've waited 12 - 24 hours, please log into cPanel and search for 'SSL/TLS Status', you'll see the SSL/TLS Status area in the Security section: this will enable a checkbox per domain name to assigned the Free SSL certificates. This will take a few minutes to issue and will last 3 months. Don't worry about renewal as cPanel will do this all for you.
