We will perform a pre-order check and will keep you informed at every step. Any payments will be refunded if there are any availability issues, If you pay using direct debit, cancelling the payment is even easier. Only after your service is activated, we will commence billing, it's important to report any issues at your earliest convenience.
1 - Your Router Options
Choose to use an existing router or rent or buy a new one. For existing routers, it will need a WAN port and the ability to configure VLAN & PPPoE authentication. For a new router, We'll supply a requested equipment, pre-configured and ready to use! If you have any questions, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help!
2 - Installation Options
New Line or Migration, either way, we'll arrange an engineer to install a new line or migrate an existing service and can work with One Touch Switch (OTS) to make it a easy swap.
