When you order a SOGEA connection with us, We'll order a Single Order Generic Ethernet Access connection from your home or business to your local FTTC cabinet. It'll then be connection through the Openreach network and on to our ultrafast network. You'll need to connect your VDSL/VDSL2 compatible router to our network using the settings below.
